If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@wornbydesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll refund the purchase price of the item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Returns received more than 7 days after delivery unfortunately cannot be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning your parcel, as customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Exchange policy
If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll happily issue you with a store credit once your return has been received and approved.
Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website.
Please note that orders placed using store credit are treated as new orders, and standard shipping charges and delivery times will apply.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.
