What payment methods do you use?
WxD accepts payment via PayPal and direct EFT.
Can I place a bulk purchase order?
To enquire about a bulk purchase order please contact our Support Team at hello@wornbydesign.com.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to make any amendments to your confirmed order, kindly contact us as soon as possible on hello@wornbydesign.com. Unfortunately, if we have already packed and sent off your order with the courier, we will be unable to make further changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Our team cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations to your order, however if you have just placed your order you can contact our Support Team at hello@wornbydesign.com and we will assist as best we can.
My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.
Ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an item missing, please contact our Support Team at hello@wornbydesign.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
We only sell products that are in stock and ready to be shipped. Couriered delivery can take anywhere from 2-5 working days, depending on the area the that the parcel is being.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship outside of South Africa.
My online order hasn’t arrived yet.
We use The Courier Guy, Fastway and PUDO for the delivery of online purchases. If you have any queries in regard to the whereabouts of your parcel, you can track your item through the following portals depending on who we have sent your parcel with:

Do you require a home address for delivery?
Our courier companies do not deliver to PO addresses. Please use a physical address during work hours for the delivery to take place. Please ensure you include any delivery details so the courier can find your location easily, e.g. company name, street of entrance, level number.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
Once your parcel has been collected and scanned by Dawn Wing you will receive an email notification. Regular delivery updates will follow after that.

What if I can’t find the product I want?
If you can’t find the product you want please contact us as we may be able to source it for you.
How can I best take care of my items?
Our fashion jewellery ranges are made of alloy and then plated for colour. We advise you not to wear your fashion jewellery in water, when using cleaning products, lotions or perfumes. These chemicals can cause tarnishing. Stainless Steel items are non-tarnish and can be worn daily without removing, however very harsh chemicals over time could impact your stainless steel items.
