If you need to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wornbydesign.com. Please note that if your order has already been packed and shipped, we will be unable to make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee that cancellations or amendments will be possible. However, if you’ve just placed your order, please contact our Support Team at hello@wornbydesign.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our products are always in stock and ready to ship! Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within South Africa.

Do you require a home address for delivery?
Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery, along with any helpful details such as company name, street of entrance, or level number to ensure a smooth delivery.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you’ll receive an email with a dispatch notification. Regular updates will follow as your parcel progresses.

How can I best take care of my items?
Our fashion jewellery is made of alloy and plated for color. To keep it in perfect condition, avoid water, cleaning products, lotions, and perfumes as these can tarnish the jewellery. Our stainless steel items are non-tarnish and safe for daily wear, though harsh chemicals over time can impact them.
How do I know if the item will fit?
Each product description includes individual measurements to help you find the perfect fit.
