Orders are processed and sent once daily Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm excluding public holidays.

Please note that those paying using bank transfer/EFT, the funds will need to be cleared in our account before we package and send your parcel.

Customers will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery.

We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.

Please provide us with a physical address that is occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times are between 2 and 7 days depending on where you are located.  We do however, aim to make the delivery time as short as possible by only selling stock that we have on hand and by sending items out as quickly as possible.
